ABOUT VICTORIA

Hi, I’m Victoria Bauman

• I’ve been serving breath medicine since 2017, through workshops, retreats and private sessions.

• I was born in Canada, raised in Haiti, and now based in Portugal.

• Pain and loss have been my greatest teachers in this life. Time and again pointing me toward truth as I learned how to listen.

• I believe we’re alive during an incredible human shift. It’s important to use our sacred medicines to help us embody more love rather than falling in despair. I offer teachings and spaces to gather on our joint paths toward this.

• I value heart integrity above all else. When you come into my space, it’s my soul saying to you “We’re on the same team, let’s do this.”
